Myles Reed, Jr., the adept author of an exciting and vibrant new book entitled, "Fishing for Love on the Net," has stepped onto the world stage of human relationships with a clarion voice that compels.  Myles uses his light yet straight-forward approach to elucidate this new cultural phenomenon that has overtaken the nation, Internet dating.

His composite essence is that of someone from a past era.  His corporate leadership, acumen and dexterity have been honed from 15 years of experience in Corporate America’s finest Blue Chip darlings, Arthur Andersen, Quaker Oats, Hewlett Packard and American Express.  Accordingly, his rich corporate affiliations foretells of mastery in several disciplines, Accounting (Tax CPA), Finance, Strategy and Marketing.  He is a true business denizen.  His innate capability to observe, synthesize and discover value has been his calling card.  It has also been his homing device to discover the real value with Internet dating, which is why he is The Internet Dating Expert. 

This modern day Renaissance man not only speaks to the business and literary worlds but reverberates in the Broadway theater community as a Trustee for the heralded Signature Theater Company in New York City.  As one who savors the variety of life and returns to it accordingly, he immerses himself in the study of both the Italian and Norwegian languages.  Always a man of excellence and as a reflection of his passion for good health and good living, Myles has been an ACE certified personal trainer.

Bursting on the scene from humble beginnings as a native of Detroit, Michigan, Myles brings along with him a stellar educational pedigree.  He received his MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Columbia Graduate School of Business in New York City c/o ‘95 and his Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor c/o ‘91.  He also graduated top of his class from Henry Ford high school in Detroit, Michigan c/o ‘87.  He is an example that one doesn’t judge a man from his point of origin but from the path and decisions that he has chosen.

Myles is a man of balanced perspective.  He places the things in his life into proper order.  He is a member of the Redeemer Montclair Presbyterian Church in Montclair, New Jersey.  Lastly, he currently lives in West New York, New Jersey with his wife and son.
