Jack, now 78, came to the United States from Poland when he was 2, a little before the Holocaust. He spent his childhood and much of his adult years in Brooklyn , NY . From there he moved to Manhattan and now lives in Myrtle Beach , SC. Jack graduated from the High School of Art and Design located in NYC. He followed up on his art and advertising interests with classes in art and advertising at a few colleges. Jack believes that his art background helped him visualize things the biomechanics researchers missed seeing, when they were looking at running photographs.
Jack spent a lot of his family time with sports together with his two children Debby and Michael. During most of his adult life, Jack had an advertising agency in NYC, with major accounts; American Airlines, Hertz, Pfizer, etc. He kept coming up with creative ideas for promoting them. He loved the challenges he faced. So too, he loved the challenges he was working on with his interest to improve his ability in sports.

Implementation skill is vital for health, safety and performance. To see how you run with gravity, run a few steps forward and backward. You will see that you drop your feet to the rear to go forward, and then drop them to the front to fall backward. This works 100% of the time. No other technique will make you take one stride forward.
There are lot of reactive forces you must learn to do better as well. One is how to put more force into exchanging the feet, while in the air, to catch you when gravity pulls you forward faster. My techniques need to be taught in the elementary schools before sports training. The vast majority of runners never get fast even with a lot of training. They all get injured. My techniques will change that. Since nobody else knew how to run, I am the only expert.
