Kwesi Nichols
Kwesi Nichols was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and grew up in Joppatowne and Bel Air, Maryland.  Following graduation from Bel Air High School in 1991, Benedict College in 1995 (BA) and Ohio University in 1997 (MHA), he worked as an adminsistrative fellow in two hospitals in Dayton, Ohio.  Later, he was promoted to an Executive Director position of an MRI consortium, where he worked for a short period.  Subsequently, he moved from Dayton OH, to Charlotte, North Carolina to become assistant director of radiology at a Charlotte hospital.  While in this position, he made several real estate investments that ultimately lead to his becoming a full-time real estate investor.

In 2002, he married Shamae Harris, who is currently the owner of Nichols Realty, a comprehensive real estate and investment firm.  They have two daughters.

Currently, Kwesi is president and CEO of Bright Investment, Inc.  His company invests in real estate in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Kwesi believes in total fitness.  He is an active member of a health club, where he enjoys a regiment of exercises on a regular basis.  He also enjoys biking, swimming, and is an avid golfer.

He has a variety of intrests.  Number one on his list is mentoring and coaching new real estate investors.  He is a season ticket holder to professional basketball games.  He enjoys collecting antiques and art.  Some of his most enjoyable times are spent entertaining friends and family.  During these gatherings he always manages to involve his guests in real estate discussions.

Tristan Cooley
Tristan Cooley was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina.  Following graduation from J.L. Mann High School in 1990, South Carolina State University in 1995 (BS), and Ohio University in 1996 (MBA), he worked as an accountant for an Atlanta bank.  A colleague introduced him to real estate as a way to make additional income. Within six
months of investing in real estate, he quit his job and began working for himself as a full-time real estate investor.  In 2000, he married Kansas Smith, currently the owner of Shirley's Style, Inc., a fast-growing interior decorating firm.  His is the father of two daughters and a son.

Tristan is president and CEO of a dynamic real estate investment firm, and construction and land development company. He exercises regularly at various communities throughout the Atlanta metro area, and finds this an effective way of interacting with the communities.  As well as teaching others how to own and operate their own businesses, he sponsors Little League activities. He enjoys basketball, jogging, and golf.  Visiting
older renovated homes, traveling, and reading are among his interests, and he particularly treasures the time he spends with family and friends.
