Winning or Losing was born from the frustration of recognizing that everyone needed retirement information, but there was no adequate source to get it to the general public. There is much information that the general public needs or wants to know which is not available without a large expense. Thus, this book was written to provide the general public an inexpensive guide to prepare for financial planning and retirement.

The material in "Winning or Losing" is a culmination of legal expertise in estate and financial planning coupled with the practical experience of dealing with clients wants and needs. The book discusses financial, estate and retirement planning. It is designed to help children assist aging parents, and the general public prepare for the many issues that come with aging and retirement.

This book is intended for every individual who will be retiring in the next 40 years. The material contained therein will not only help them prepare financially for a successful, happy retirement, but will assist them in estate planning and family relations. For too many individuals, the Golden Years are not golden. It is hoped that "Winning and Losing" will help to solve that problem for future generations.
