Read interview with author on ReaderViews.com Gunnar Jensen was born in 1954 in a small town in the north of Denmark and worked for more than 25 years in the IT-industry, most of the time in sales. Since childhood he has always been interested in the big existential questions: Who are we? Where do we come from? Where are we going? So in 2005 he resigned his job in order to finish his first book and make a living as a full-time author together with speaking activities. The book “WHAT IF …?” is published in 4 different languages (English, Spanish, German and Danish). It has also qualified as “Award Winning Finalist” - not only once but two times. First as "Award-Winning Finalist in the New Age: Non-Fiction of the Best Books 2006 Book Awards" & second "Award-Winning Finalist in the New Age Non-Fiction of the National Indie Excellence 2007 Book Awards". In 2006 he published his second book, a fairy tail about happiness, but this book is so far only available in Danish. He just celebrated silver wedding with his Mexican born wife Roxana and they have two daughters by the age of 20 and 24 respectively. He reads a lot of books and he and his wife both enjoy traveling as well as playing golf. |
