He has successfully completed a 20 year career in the United States Air Force as an Instructor Fighter Pilot and Operations Officer with extensive experience in leadership and training. Joe earned an MBA from the University of Utah, a BSEE from the University of Kentucky, and has received numerous academic achievements and decorations from the USAF.
