This is a management book describing a new management model utilizing a combination of the highly successful and and respected principles of Six Sigma and CompStat.

As individual business principles they have been widely accepted in the public and private sectors. By combining them, the outcomes are tremendous. Add in the third element of the model, involving the community itself, and the results are predictably amazing.
